  • Unlike social networks such as Facebook or Instagram, on Weera, you interact only with your family. Besides, Weera structures and visualizes all the information, stories and media you and your relatives post and makes them easy to navigate. What makes us different is that we help build stronger bonds among family members by offering questions people otherwise wouldn’t ask or answer.

  • Nope. Weera does not do marketing manipulations or sell data. Instead, we want you to focus on developing your Family and building wholesome relationships with those close to you. This is a private world just for you and your relatives.

  • By Family, we mean something much more significant than your immediate circle. And even greater than the extended one. We speak of the immense entity that spreads across countries and time and unites people not just by blood or marriage or lively and enjoyable communication, but also by shared history, traditions, adventures, artifacts and much more. So, we think, yes, we should definitely capitalize it.

  • No, not really. You choose what information you want to share and who can view it. However, the more information you give, the more your relatives learn about you.

  • Let Weera access your contacts to send out invitations. Or add relatives manually. We don’t really care. Mind, Weera doesn’t use your contacts; you do.

  • In Weera, you don’t necessarily invite people to build your family network. You can add entries about your relatives which will be reflected in your Family structure and on the 3D map. But unless the real person accepts the invitation, the entry would be an inactive account.

  • You don’t. Weera does. All you need to do is add people and specify how they are related to you, and the map will be generated automatically.

  • Don’t panic :-). First, you need to choose the closest relative to the person. In the case of your aunt, that would be your mother or father. Then you select the relation to one of your parents. That would be a sister. And, voila! Now you have an aunt on Weera.

  • Weera’s Timeline is where all the significant family dates are collected: events, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. In many cases, you don’t really need to go there to fill it in. When you add relatives and specify all the important dates related to this person, they automatically build into the Timeline.

  • No, you don’t. Only when you decide to keep on using the platform you’d need to provide the payment information.

  • You don't need a group subscription to invite people to your family. First, your fellow relatives can subscribe to Weera on their own, the way you did. Secondly, if you don't want them to bother with payments, you can send them gift subscriptions along with invitations to join your Family. There are two gift plans you can buy for your relatives: for individual and for group of 8 people. You can choose the period, too: 1 month, 3 months or 1 year.

  • Not very hard. If you are an Apple user, go to AppStore, tap your Profile, choose Subscriptions and cancel. If you are an Android user, go to Google Store, tap your Profile, choose Payments and Subscriptions and cancel. But, please, don’t look for the ‘unsubscribe’ button in the app. It isn’t there.

  • We, Weera creators, fully understand that family is an extremely sensitive territory. We take all the matters that concern its safety very seriously and provide all the means to protect the information you decide to publish on Weera. We choose partners, Amazon and Cloudflare among them, whose solutions proved reliable and highly efficient.
We lay another level of protection, too. All the traffic that passes through our platform is SSL-certified. In addition, we utilise layered encryption when storing your data, and all our protocols fully comply with GDPR and CCPA.
